LVantage Privacy Policy

LVantage is a private operations system used by Luey Venture to manage its own marketplace stores, products, inventory and fulfillment in Malaysia and Singapore. It is not offered as a public marketplace service.

Data processed

After a store owner authorizes a marketplace connection, LVantage processes product and seller SKU data, inventory quantities, order identifiers, fulfillment status, recipient/shipping information required for packing, and platform access tokens.

Purpose and retention

Data is used only for inventory availability, order fulfillment, reconciliation, audit and return handling for stores operated by Luey Venture. Order and inventory records are retained for operational, accounting and audit requirements.

Security and sharing

Access is restricted to approved accounts and roles. Marketplace tokens and application secrets are stored in protected cloud settings or secret storage and are not committed to source control. Data is not sold. It is shared only with the connected marketplace and infrastructure providers as required to operate the service.

Access or deletion requests
